Can u brew it in a regular coffee maker?

Yes you can. We use a heaping teaspoon per cup. We even use the refillable baskets for Keurig coffee makers and it works well. Use about a tablespoon for this.

Is this coffee whole beans or ground?

It's ground. Ground to be used as instant coffee. Used this way, it leaves sludge in your cup. I tried using it in K cups and they clogged up. Don't waste your money.

does this come in medium roast?

They claim its dark roast, but it's closer to a medium roast. Try it, it's worth the money.
