Can you please explain the best way to open and use the self seal

I open it with scissors and dump the popcorn into a plastic sealable container (8 cup - Anchor Hocking ) along with a measuring cup ( 1/4 cup) for putting popcorn into my machine. This is much easier to handle and insures a good seal. Popcorn needs to stay very dry and fresh to pop well. This works great for me.

Is this popcorn Certified Organic?

No indication on the label that it is organic. Given the moving target as to what is officially organic, I'm not sure it matters for popcorn.

How well does this pop in an air popper?

I don't use an air popper (I am old school and use a pan on the stove) but I have a coworker who does and their family loves it.
