Q: Can this be used in "only fan" setting without heating ? Does the fan turn off when set temperature is reached ?

They added this setting now! I just got mine yesterday and it has a fan setting that can also be used with the oscillator. It’s a standalone setting, it doesn’t get used during “eco” thermostat mode, because in that mode the heater switched between fully on heating and fully off.
