Great bike, I'm 6’3” and 250lb and I added a front seat for my 2 y/o. Battery last a long time and got it up to 31mph with the unlock. Sweet bike

Rear brake issue and customer service
Rear brake lost all pressure in less than 30 miles. Sent three emails to the two listed manufacturer customer service addresses with no response. Transaction through Amazon was good. Customer service from Macrox not great.

Garbage spend more and get a better quality bike literally only went 9 miles on a charge luckily I was able to return it

Great e-bike for price
I got this bike for my son 3 weeks ago and he loves it. He says the seat is comfortable, the range is good, and he enjoys riding around with his friends. The quality of this bike is amazing and has short build time out of the box.
