These are my impressions after 1.5 years of use. Pros: excellent processing and GPU power. High monitor hertz for a laptop. No bloatware. Beautiful construction. Decent sound quality from built-in speakers. Cons: terrible battery life (but who is really playing games on-the-go with laptops?) Computer crashes 50% of the time when you plug it in after it being critically low.

My son is an the army he went back with this gaming laptop top he Love it.. ,a lot of heat blows out the vents on this laptop...so I gave hem one of my cooling fan to help keep it cool ...when playing for hours ..my older brother also buy one of these at the same time I got this laptop for hem .from the same saler...if anyone need to know...get a laptop cooling fan set that laptop 💻 on it your good to go I cant tell you how it all work but from the army he say it work just fine ....

They do not say it is refurbished in the listing and it's also not under warranty. These cheats stole from me by selling a DEFECTIVE & USED item as new. Never trusting Amazon again.

This is definitely capable of playing most games in high settings with reasonable framerates while staying relatively cool. That's something plenty of other laptops can't achieve. All in all, if you don't mind the weight or extra power cables, I recommend this!

Got exactly what I ordered. A little pricey but overall a great machine. Touchpad is buggy with windows haptics controls.
