I have a total of 4 Vimtag cameras in my home.I'm pleased with the quality of the camera and the customer service provided by the company.I had an issue with one of the cameras I own and was promptly sent a replacement device.I have no complaints - which is great considering I'm a returning customer.It's a great camera to have and the good news is that it doesn't break the bank.I would use this strictly indoors (unless it's covered by some type of shield if placed outdoors.)Setting up the camera was pretty easy - I had it up and running in less than 10 minutes.All of the functions work as expected and I like the option to store videos locally instead of purchasing the cloud service.I'm able to pull up my live feed or go back and view specific time frames without any problems. I will say downloading videos can be a little challenging at times but to work around that I just do a screen recording to capture the videos as I need them. You can download videos but sometimes it can be slow and/or unable to download for some reason and I have to download the video again - which I'm not entirely sure if it's the cameras fault - it could be my internet connection. I have MANY devices connected to my home network!You can program the camera to record when motion, sound and/or humans are detected and it's pretty accurate.You also have the option to put the camera in sleep mode so it disables viewing until you disable sleep mode. You also have the option to password protect the camera so only those with that password can access the camera and its functions.There isn't a lag that I can see on the camera - maybe a second or less so it's really accurate. That really depends on your internet speed, connection, location of the device, etc.Overall, this is a function packed tiny little camera that doesn't take up much space but does it's job.It's affordable, customizable and practical - this is definitely a good buy!

Works great added micro sod to save locally and they have excellent quality and video, sound. Would buy again definitely.

I would give it a 5 if it doesn’t need a usb connection cord, and can be put outside. The camera is decent, sensitive enough, has good picture quality and easy to set up.

I have this mini camera since last year, bought a couple of it. So far, works perfectly, resolutions are good, microphone are clear and loud.I am in the US, some camera i bought was installed in the Philippines and I could easily randomly speak in the two way speaker, images are clear, i could easily control the functions in the app too. One thing I like about it is the easy way to solve some minor issues by just tapping a button in the app to speak with support staff, they promptly respond with my message. If there’s a need for another mini camera, i will surely buy the same brand.

**THE VIMTAG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A 5 STAR. ALTHOUGH THEIR CAMERA APP IS NOT GOOD, THEY REALLY DO TRY TO MAKE EVERY CUSTOMER HAPPY. FOR THAT I GIVE THEM 5 STARS AS THAT IS SOMETHING RARE.**I have a total of 9 cameras and 3 of my cameras are vimtag cameras. They have by far the best picture and sound quality of any of my other cameras, BUT unfortunately, the app that you must use for the cameras is horrible. Currently, the app has a 2 star review. The app constantly has connective and SD card issues. I tried purchasing the icloud subscription to see if that was any better, but unfortunately, some of the icloud videos would record distorted and when I reached out to Vimtag concerning this issue, they claim the problem was with icloud and when I reached out to icloud they claimed the issue was with the app. Lost $29.95 on the icloud subscription, but luckily, I only subscribed for the icloud on 1 camera, plus I was able to confirm it was the app. I have had to delete the app and reinstall multiple times to get the app to load my cameras. Very inconsistent with its reliability and when it comes to securing your video, you definitely want a reliable application. Unfortunately, the Vimtag’s app is not reliable. It's a shame because these cameras are by far the best for recording video and sound. I will not purchase another Vimtag camera and will begin the process of replacing them with another camera that has a more reliable app or program for recording my videos.
