Not a true balun
Ok, so I am changing my review because after trying them out they don't work. A true balun has a transformer inside that balances out the signal. When using these I got blurry images from my security cams. I am using lorex mpx cams. These are 2k and work fine with traditional siamese cable. But trying to use UTP or even 18g wire gives a blurry image. Bad product. Don't recommend buying. There's a reason they are so cheap.

Works well for me!
Used mine for security cameras, worked well for me as I scratch built my system. The Twist lock on the BNC end was not as secure as I would have liked, But has not caused me concern in operation. ( 4 stars ) Good price, Decent quality!
