Easy to use and works great.
We bought this phone refurbished and didnt know what to expect, the phone is pretty much like brand new and we had an issue with one of the microphones and between Amazon and the seller the seller was very quick to respond and take care of our issue. we are very pleased with the whole transaction and the phone.

Refurbished units are a waste of money. Works good for 90 days and then deteriates fast.
I purchase this Polycom 2 on November 4, 2022 knowing full well it was a refurbished unit. Based upon the reputation of Polycom units purchase brand new, this was a no brainer. I was wrong. The sound is subpar and now the microphone quits working after about 15 minutes. Don't waste your money on refurbished units.

Great sound quality. Very clear.
It's very easy to set up and use. The sound is clear. Can be heard in a large room. The 2 additional microphones make it extremely easy for everyone to be heard.
