Allulose also provides only 0.2–0.4 calories per gram (g), or about 1/10 the calories of table sugar (3Trusted Source). So a scoop has 4 carbs

Q: How does this dissolve in colder liquids? I've used the larger granule allulose and it doesn't dissolve, thanks.

This one dissolves fairly well in a cold drink. I put 2 tsp in a 12 oz glass with water, ice, and lemon and I don't see any allulose settling out.

There is no indication of country of origin on the bag, only the statement “Packaged in…(USA)” Big difference
