プロテインの副作用に効果アリ！
プロテインを飲み始めてからお腹の調子が悪く、おならもしばらく臭くて大変でしたが、こちらの商品が悪玉菌に効果ありと聞いてお試し購入。まだ数回ですが臭いの副作用はストップしてくれており、気にせずトレーニングに励めるようになってきました。この調子ならリピートでまた購入しようかと思います！

２ヶ月ほど飲み続けてみたけど、目に見えて健康になったという事は無かったです。 個人的に、元々ヨーグルトやキムチなどの発酵食品は好きで、かつ腸の調子は良かったため、腸内細菌的には問題が無かったのかも知れないなぁ、と自己分析。
