仕事中の足裏が痛い時があって一般的な中敷きをいくつか試しましたが、あまり効果を感じられませんでした。整骨院からも足底筋膜炎と聞いてたので「それ用」を購入してみて即効性はないが、痛いと感じる事がなくなっただけでも良かったと感じています。

My foot pain already gone

足底筋膜炎の痛みは多少引くのですが、インソールが厚いので、靴がキツく感じます。またクッション性が良すぎて逆にグラつきに繋がり、電車の揺れが踏ん張れなくなったので(ONというソールがクッション性ありスニーカーのもそうでした)、結局抜いてしまいました。

左足が足底筋膜炎です。はじめに履いた感じは「そんなに変わらないかな？」だったけど、一日経ってみて「そういえば今日痛くなってない！」と気づきました。ありがたい…
