Good litter tray

This litter tray is fabulous. It looks great in the living room and the addition of the rubber mat is genius. It’s really easy to put together and my cat loves jumping down through the hole in the top. I would highly recommend.

The tray is great while it works. The waste draw at the bottom is super convenient, the rakes can get dirty but nothing which can’t be cleaned. It’s not maintenance free but it is lower maintenance. Unfortunately mine didn’t even make it 2 months before it died Hal way through a clean and won’t power on. I’ve never used the battery so it can’t be a case of it just needs charging it’s just poor quality. Amazon are refunding the item but have insisted on the soiled tray being returned to them! 🤣

I was impressed with this and very happy, easy to put together and strong. Only thing I would say is I would prefer the flap to go both ways as there is a bit of plastic stopping it form doing that.

Not perfect, but fairly decent (except when it was dragging fæcal matter back across the tray)... until it stopped working. It no longer charges and so is a dead box. Ultimately a waste of money... especially as it cost me £300! No surprise it was only covered for 4 weeks. Don't be like me... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered one of these previously. Inconveniently 1 day after returns are eligible the electronics died. I ordered a second one and after 2 days it stalls on awaiting cluster. There is no troubleshooting for this, no way of contacting the seller or any way to activate warranty. The only way i can communicate with the seller is via this review. I am £600 out of pocket with no working litter tray.

I never write a review but felt it necessary considering the cost of this product. It doesn’t clean properly, all the faeces gets stuck in the combs, it pulls it back, spreading it all over the place into the cat box which I’m sure you can imagine, makes the room absolutely stink! I would not recommend this product.

Pros: After a full charge it has a very long battery life. Relatively quiet overall. Easy to change the waste collection bag. Came with a roll of bags to fit. Keeps the litter clean, even removing urine when using a clumping litter. The partnered app has a lot of good info, like remaining battery life, when it was last used by the cat, and you can adjust the time between cleaning after your cat does their business (max 20 mins). Couldn't smell anything until you get really close.Cons: It's huge and a little heavy at 15kg, I struggled to find a place to put it. It does make a few beeps and whirring sounds, which can scare cats. The app will only work if you are standing right beside the litter box or it disconnects, making it useless really. Having to take the box apart to empty and clean the tray is cumbersome. The roof attachment is made of a fabric, which doesn't seem hygenic, and was also too complicated to put on.I will be returning this item as mine was defective, it only worked for one day before it died, but I get that this may be a one off case. It also stressed out one of my cats way too much with the noises it makes and made him have accidents outside of the box, however the kitten used it with no problem.
