My old fabric badge holder bent. it has cardboard inside and was exposed and started to soften. So I started looking and this came up as a suggestion. Quick Summary -------------> PROs: - Comes with retractable - Comes with lanyard - Comes with pen holder - Easy to adjust or change attachments. - Holds ID and two pockets in the back. - Looks nice and slightly upscale. CONs (but not really imortant to me): - May not be top grade leather. - Retractable shorter than standard ones. - Pen holder only one size. More details - or - more to read -------------> Comes well packed and with a lanyard too. I just don't use lanyards. Not sure if it's real leather. Probably not. It does have the Bishiho card in the front, but there is not sewn-in-label or makers mark. Usually on real leather it has a stamped in logo and manufacturer number. Feels nice and smells like leather. Very small texture that is unifrom (sort of a red flag that it's not real). All that doesn't really mean much. If it is fake, its a nice fake. [*The ad states 'genuine leather'. This could be the low grade bonded leather. So made from pieces. Also, not to offend but even mid-lvl real leather is not going to be under twenty bucks.] So far it's been great and works well. Holds my work ID, my front door pass card and some papers I need. I loved the idea of a pen holder. Though it only hold the standard thin pens. The thickest I could get in to test was a thin highlighter. My favorite pens have grips, yet they do have a clip. So that can hang on the pen holder. The retractable fob is easy to remove. Its kinda a short line. So great for wearing on a shirt. I wear on my hip and it's not long enough to get my sensor at work. Like I typed, it can be easily removed and was easy to place a longer retractable on it. My photo is not the true length on the retractable. I couldn't extend fully with just one hand. So go by the ad's length. I've used for the past week and it's doing the job well. No complains yet. Hope my photos show and hope this review helps.

I like this product. So far it's holding up pretty good, and I have a pen right at hand.

I bought this after buying 3 designer badge holders. Two of the previous badge holders were leather but they eventually had straps that broke around my neck. The last one I bought was made of cloth, well with being a teacher it was filthy dirty and needed to be replaced. So I wanted leather and I wanted something that I didn't have to pay a fortune for and could easily replace if necessary. Well, when I got it I really liked it. It's easy to clean, it's large enough, and I like that it has a key ring for keys at work. I don't think I'm going to need another one soon. However, I will come back to this one if I need a new one again. Great quality and an even better price!

Great product, HOWEVER, this will leave a stain on any light colored clothing. Gently wash before throwing on. I’ve stained multiple shirts permanently due to this oversight.
