This microwave, broiler, convection oven, and hot air fryer has worked well in the 30 day Of my use. The programmed cycles work well, but; the metal shelf for the convective and radiative heat cannot be used with the microwave heat. So a frozen pizza can be cooked either microwave OR by the conventional heat means… but may be initially partly cooked on the glass microwave rotisserie then placed on the steel shelf or steel shelf and wire shelves for final use of convective oven (best used with shelf on lower level) or air fryer with shelf on top position. The air fry therefore browns faster, but does not penetrate the food as well though as the the convective function.Also, broiling meat is better on the lower shelf position why is radiant heat travels further than convective heat. The defrost cycles are great… but all weight settings should be reduced by a few ounces so not to cook edges on fish, chicken, or meat. However, if the full weight is used the edges being cooked partly this does allow rare cooking of meat better as it is easier to maintain the center rare while getting a char.Works very efficiently, and precisely. Excellent all in one cooker. I seldom now use my normal over, so it saves greatly on energy and keeps the kitchen cooler❤️❤️❤️👍👍

The operators manual is cryptic, not fully explaining the controls with examples. The door fit is a bit low and apparently made that way. The power cord could have a right turn so it fits better behind the unit on a shelf. Seems well made and works fine.

I have use this microwave for over 10 days now. My whole family love it. It has that modern look. Heat up food really quick. It also comes with diff options can use as air flyer too. Now my old microwave and air flyer can all retire, help me save some space in my kitchen. It’s more expensive than traditional microwave but it’s worth the money because it’s not just a microwave. It doesn’t give you a big sound when heating up food. It’s really easy to use even my mom know how to use it in first day. Highly recommended.
