Q: Does this work as a hi hat with a Yamaha Multi 12?

Yes. Only connecting the RHH135's pad output to the Multi 12's pad input 13 will work for bow and edge. The 14/15 and 16/17 jacks would only give you one of those. The RHH135's controller output connects to the Multi 12's HH CTRL jack

Q: Is this work for alesis modules?

Yes,did does..better then alesis cheap ones

Q: Can you use this with a yamaha dtx430k?

I don't think so, the compatibility chart at yamaha.com says no and the description here states it is for the 500 series and up. I have a 522 and it works perfectly.

Q: how many cymbels dose it include

It comes with one cymbal. It sits on a separate piece that comes with it that gives it the real hi hat feel.
