Not coming with good packing and also came with scratch, party spots but I I'll kept this only for I needed this rn so... much and there is not the leakage problem so.. I will adjust with it ... overall I will give the product 4 start . Thank you

It is either duplicate or defective. It is plain and not insulated. Does not retain heat for even an hour.

It doesent keep water hot or warm for 24 hours..After 12hours the stored water starts to cool substantially
