O produto tem marcas de uso. A bolsa que acompanha o produto não estava na caixa. A bateria acaba rápido. Fiz um investimento bastante caro na moeda do meu país, esperei um mês para receber o produto e ele deixou a desejar. Como o produto veio usado, não sei se ele está perfeito ou não. Quero meu dinheiro de volta.

I have never thought of using something like this before, & never knew it exisited, until I watched a video that tested many different versions & brands of these coolers. This one came out overall the best, so I had to try it. I use this almost everyday, hot weather, both indoors, & out. It actually does help keep me cool. I sometimes wear with a thin light hood on sunny days so I can keep the air blowing directly on me while blocking sun rays. The packaging box it comes in is nice presentation, & the case is high quality & most important its protecive from accidental drops, with a pouch for the charging cord, the lanyard is also a very nice touch for easy carry. The reason I feel the case is important is the cooler itself seems delicate to the point that when I am not using it I put it in the case right after use, or charging, instead of resting on a table or some other surface where it could possibly fall off onto the ground with some concern of damage. As far as wearing, it feels best wearing while standing, doing outdoor activities, great while sitting, but not sure when laying down as it may block the vents. So in that situation, I just turn the fan to the very lowest setting, which can be done by using the Torras app. It has some weight to it but its a typical cmpromise since it's a portable battery operated coolering device, & all the tech packed into this device to make it function compared to something like a cellphone, or laptop. The Torras app seems to have precise control over the functions versus using the two buttons on the side. The pairing was easy, & has other features & functions such as saving favorite settings, turning off the beeps, the instructions, warranty, & update firmware. Anothing thing is it does have a heat setting so I can actually use in cold weather as well to keep warm probably under a scarf or hood. The only issue I had when I was first using it was with the battery life seemed somewhat short, which made me a little anxious because I want to use it for longer, but thats expected for how portable this device is & the power demand. So my work around was to lower the fan speed to 01 through the app, & plug a battery bank into it using the charging cable it came with, which has a nice right angle plug seemed designed to do that, so it keeps it charged up while it's running. Now the battery life lasts for several hours. Overall Its a great cooler. Has excellent air flow, & great quality. It is a bit on the pricey side but has great value for what it can actually do. I feel more comfortable wearing it in these hot days, & look forward to using it when it gets cold to keep me warm as well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My husband and I are both paraplegic, and because of that, we have difficulty regulating our body temperature. This marvel of technology is a game changer for my comfort at work and while traveling on a daily basis! I am someone that is forever hot and hating the Summer for it. Having multiple sclerosis doesn’t help by greatly impairing my body’s ability to regulate my temperature, meaning that variations in heat, even quite moderate, are extremely uncomfortable to me and severely impact my quality of life, making me extremely weak and sometimes even confused. This wonderful gadget allows me to stay cool much easier and I am now able to consider again going out with friends during Summer and being much more comfortable at work when it gets hot (to me at least!). Even dared doing a bit of sports again with my partner while wearing it, big game changer for me! And yes it stays quite well in place, even with badminton! The only inconvenience to me is that the battery doesn’t last as long as I would wish but then again I ALWAYS use its AC function and not just the basic ventilation so it is a lot more draining on the poor thing. I would say a full recharge with AC at minimum lasts about 120-150 minutes. If I work on the computer I just connect it to the computer’s charging port and I have unlimited power so that is fantastic! Big game changer for me and my overall quality of life, one of the best purchases I ever did! Would immediately buy another one anew if lost/broken with ZERO hesitation, even considering the significant price tag!
