購入から半年後充電がされなくなりサポートへメールで問い合わせました。 翌日担当のかたから返信があり、症状の詳細やシリアルナンバーをメールで再度送ってほしいと記載がありました。 その後不良品を送る場所を記載したメールが届き、一式梱包して送りました。 ２日後くらいに不良品を確認した旨の返信があり、新品を発送したとの記載がありました。 （ヤマトの送り状ナンバーの記載もあり） 無事新品の交換品が届き現在使用中です。 おそらく土日はサポートも休みなので連絡が来ないですが、不良品は無条件に新品交換しているようです。 あと、私は英語でメールをやりとりしましたが日本語でも大丈夫のようです。 問い合わせしてから交換品が届くまで大体２週間くらいかかる感じです。 （運送の日数もあるので） それでも総じてサポート態勢も悪くないと思いました。 音信不通とかゴネてサポートをしてくれないとか、そういう対応は全く無かったです。

正常に動作しないとレビューを以前書き込みました。どうやらアマゾンレビューも確認されている様子で、サポートから連絡があり、そのまま原因解明までしっかり付き合ってくださりました。 やり取りもスムーズで、返信送信を繰り返しながら半日で解明。原因がわかってからのサポートもしてくださりとても助かりました！ 現在は問題なく使用できています。 正直ジンバルは初めての購入なので他社との比較はできませんが、サポートの良さからもまたこの会社を利用したいなと思えました。本当に感謝です(*ˊᗜˋ*)♡

まずジンバルに期待するスタビライズ機能ですが、非常に優秀で歩き撮りでも非常に滑らかな映像が撮れます。 心配していた縦揺れもかなり抑えられており、非常に優秀な商品だと思います。 ただ・・・ 軽量で耐荷重が大きい という触れ込みですが冷静になってください。 カメラで1kgとするとジンバルの1kgを加えて合計2kgです。２Lペットボトルを持ち続けているようなものです。 あくまでもプロ機材としては軽いという意味だと思います。 一般人が扱うにはかなり重いですので覚悟を持ってご利用いただくのが良いかと思います。

値段以上の剛性と滑らかな動き、モーターのパワフルさを感じました。ガシガシ使ってもヘタレることなく、末長く使っていけそうです。

ZHIYUN CINEPEER Weebill 3Eです。 まずはじめにお断りしておかなければならないのが、レビュー現在、まだ詳しいスペックが公表されていませんので、以下は手にして動かしてみた個人的な印象に限られます。付属のセットアップマニュアルにも記載がありませんので、耐荷重、バッテリー性能、キャリブレーション精度などについてはまったくわかりません。PD充電２時間でフルくらいしかわかりません。 ZHIYUNについては、個人的に小型高出力ライトでなじみのあるブランドです。製品自体のクオリティは高く、安心して手にすることができるブランドです。 製品に含まれるのは図式のセットアップマニュアルのみで、各ボタンの操作等に関するインストラクションは含まれていませんでした。そんなわでけで、メーカーのWEBサイトで「Weebill 3」の日本語マニュアルをDLして参照しました。 ボタン操作は両モデル共通のため、これを見ながら問題なく操作できます。 各ボタンの操作にはやや慣れが必要で、各モードの意味をしっかり理解しておかないと、操作中に迷子になってしまいます。 早速、手持ちのPanasonic GH5MIIミラーレスを搭載して検証していますが、USB Cケーブルでカメラと本機を接続し、カメラ側で「PC (Tether)」を選択することにより、かんたんに同期させることができました。適合表も公式WEBサイトに上がっていますが、各社の主要なモデルがほぼ網羅されています。 ３軸方向でバランスをとってカメラをマウントした後、電源を投入してオートキャリブレーションを実施し、動かしてみます。ミラーレスとは言えそれなりの重さになりますが、モーターのパワーに不足はなく、しっかり安定した画が撮れました。ジンバルをくるくる動かしてみますが、多少の揺れは当然として、じゅうぶんに満足できる程度の平衡感覚が保たれています。 同社のラインナップのなかで、本機がどの立ち位置にあるのかがわかりませんが、①マイク、ライト非搭載、②Blutooth非対応、③価格の３点から、エントリークラスにあたるのかと想像します。 ハンドルとアンクルレストが付属しない点は非常に残念です。縦グリップで握った感覚では結構重いです。。公式WEBサイトで、ハンドル＆アンクルレスト合わせて12000円で別売されています。 キャリーケースは付属しませんが、スタイリッシュな発泡スチロールの収納箱に収められています。適当なサイズのバッグを見つければ、そのままインナーケースとしても使用できそうです。 ただ、ケースに入れて収納すると、使うたびに３軸方向でカメラのバランスをとる必要があるので、シュートに出かける際は、ある程度調整したかたちで持ち出したいところです。 総じて、４万円台でここまでの精度を実現している点は高く評価でき、導入コストに見合った、あるいはそれ以上のパフォーマンスを期待できると思います。 ひとまずインプレッションを残しましたが、もう少し詳しい情報が得られ次第、必要に応じて追記したいと思います。

微妙な揺れを正確に取り除いてくれて、安定したパフォーマンスを提供してくれています。

きちんと動きました

Weebill Sが壊れたので買い替え。 無駄な機能が省かれて自分の用途には必要十分。 ペイロード3kgを謳うだけあってかなりの安定性。 コンパクトといってもWeebill Sと重量感は変わらず。 Weebill 3Sよりは若干マシなんだろうとは思うけど。。。 ほかのレビューでもあったようにバランス調整はわりとシビア。 ただしパワーがあるので多少ズレてても堪えられそう。 価格が安いので基本的には納得。 ただし、、付属品はほとんど無しでユーザーズガイドすら無し。 α6600を乗せて使う予定だけど肝心のカメラコントロールケーブルがない。 SONYの例のmulti端子。アクセサリーとしての販売もなし。 DJIのtype-c to multiのケーブルを買ったが反応すらしない。 汎用のtype-c to microを繋げたら反応したけどzoomが動作せずISOのコントロールが何故か可能。 ファームウェアアップデートもしたからケーブルの互換性と信じてケーブル探しの旅に出ます。

With 1/2 year experience on DJI RS3 mini, it quite disappointed me a lot due to the bad performance, and it couldn’t completely fold after balanced with the camera. Beside the gimbal i also bought the extended tilt arm from Smallrig and the extended camera base plate from Falcam, they cost me almost half of the gimbal but not helping to have better stability or balancing the camera. In this half of the year, I would rather use RS3pro for the weddings, and RS3 mini for some essential works. I really wanted a light weight gimbal to replace my RS3pro, and now Weebill 3E is the final anwser. I owned different brands of gimbal and Zhiyun was not my favourite before, especially after the Crane3s announced I thought they just having too much fancy functions on the gimbal, but not concentrating on make it more compact and stable. I owned Weebill S and Weebill Lab before, the performance couldn’t compare with my Pilotfly and RSC2, the Follow mode was just awful. After a few years I’m now having the Zhiyun gimbal again, the build quality on Weebill 3E is way better than the former Weebill I owned, some button ergonomics could be improved but that’s already very close to the gimbal what I want: compact, steady, simple. Great work Zhiyun!

Einfach genial das Teil! Die Bedienung ist fast intuitiv möglich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Den zusätzlichen Griff sollte man unbedingt gleich mit bestellen. Einerseits entlastet er das Handgelenk und andererseits sind bestimmte Aufnahmen in Bodennähe einfach und bequem möglich. Nie wieder verwackelte Aufnahmen in Bewegung! Ich verwende es momentan in Verbindung mit einer Panasonic HC-777, welche eigentlich nicht direkt unterstützt wird über die vorhandene USB Schnittstelle. Die enstprechend unterstützen Kameras können direkt über die Bedienelemente am Gimbal angesprochen werden. Trotz dieser fehlenden Möglichkeiten gegenüber der HC-777 möchte ich das Teil nicht mehr missen. Die Panasonic besitzt bereits eine Stabilisierung im Objektiv, welche hervorragend funktioniert. Der Gimbal stellt diese jedoch komplett in den Schatten und man kann darauf verzichten und verhindert somit Zieheffekte am Ende eines Schwenkes. Die Aufnahmen wirken damit wesentlich besser und hinterlassen einen beinahe professionellen Eindruck. Ebenso ist es möglich vollautomatische Schwenks sowohl horizontal und vertikal zu definieren. Zeitdauer, Anfangs- und Endpunkte lassen sich frei einstellen. Sehr interessant ist diese Funktion für Timelapse- bzw. Hyperlapseaufnahmen. Mit den augenblicklichen Erfahrungen würde ich den Gimbal sofort wieder kaufen. Ein tolles Teil zu einem sehr guten Preis.

The 3e represents the best value in the Zhiyun lineup IMHO! With a 6.6lb payload it can easily handle any mirrorless camera with a moderate size telephoto lenses. I am selling my more expensive 4e because I found it too heavy for me. The 3e has most, if not all of the features of the 4e and is much lighter and less expensive.The 4e is more robust and has a greater payload. And I do prefer it's display vs the 3e. But the price difference is staggering! Currently (9/27/25) the 3e is $211 vs $379 for the 4e! I purchased the 3e bundle for $299 which includes the sling arm. A killer deal! The arm for the 4e is $149. $530 total with the 4e. The 3e deal is a no brainer! I had a problem with the 4e, my fault, which Zhiyung customer service fixed after exchanging a series of emails. They always responded in less than 24 hours! 5 star service! Conclusion: Highly recommend

Carga más de 3kg a pesar de ser ligero y compacto. Es quizá el estabilizador más básico pero cumple con su cometido y a precio inmejorable. Funciona con bluetooth pero no accede a todas las funciones en este modo, por eso sigue siendo mejor usar el cable incluido. Lo mejor es que se puede cambiar a modo vertical de manera sencilla, en poco tiempo.

El ZHIYUN CINEPEER Weebill 3E me ha sorprendido muy positivamente. Es un gimbal ligero, cómodo de usar y con una batería que dura muchísimo, más que suficiente para cubrir un evento completo sin preocupaciones. Su tamaño compacto también marca la diferencia en jornadas largas, reduciendo bastante la fatiga. Viniendo de un ZHIYUN Crane 3 Lab, el cambio junto a la cámara es brutal, sobre todo para mi espalda. En cuanto a estabilización, el rendimiento es muy bueno. Es cierto que en algunos planos verticales (arriba-abajo) noto cierta sensibilidad que me dificulta mantener la línea totalmente limpia, aunque seguramente sea cuestión de configuración fina. Aun así, rindo perfectamente con él y me resulta muy cómodo. El único punto débil es la compatibilidad limitada con mi Lumix S5IIX: solo funcionan el botón de enfoque y de grabar, mientras que el resto de ajustes debo hacerlos manualmente en la cámara. Por suerte, al ser ligero, puedo manejarlo con una mano y cambiar parámetros sin demasiada incomodidad. Pros: - Muy ligero y cómodo de manejar durante horas. - Batería con una duración excelente, ideal para eventos largos. - Estabilización muy buena en la mayoría de situaciones. - Tamaño compacto que ayuda a reducir fatiga. - Buen equilibrio entre calidad y precio. Contras: - Compatibilidad parcial con Lumix S5IIX (funciones limitadas, pero esto por culpa de Panasonic). - Sensible en planos verticales.
