Directions

1. Open the NoseFrida package and take out the nasal aspirator, 24 sanitary filters, blue nasal tube, red mouthpiece and filter cap. 2. Before using NoseFrida for the first time, please make sure all parts are assembled correctly. Attach the blue nasal tube to the red mouthpiece and secure with the filter cap. 3. Place the hygiene filter at the other end of the blue nasal tube. 4. Place your child comfortably and lean his head back and lay down if preferable. 5. Gently insert the blue nasal canal into the child's nostrils, creating a seal outside the nostril. 6. Use the red mouthpiece to gently suck and clean the nostrils. 7. Discard the used hygiene filter and repeat the same procedure for the other nostrils if necessary. 8. After use, remove the blue nasal tube and red mouthpiece and wash it with warm soapy water or the top rack of the dishwasher
