自分用に購入しましたが、家族で使用しています、握力増強に最適です

手のひらと指の長さ、そして指をかけるストッパーの幅ををちゃんと自分の幅にするのにかなり時間がかかります。親指の付け根で押さえて動かない様にしながら力いっぱい握るのが良いそうです。グリップＤは正確な数字が出るのでとても良いと思います。

なかなかホールドにならないので握力の数値が分からない多分自分の握力不足 初心者向きじゃないかもしれないです。 ちなみに僕は35K位です(^^)

他の機器より数値が低く出る

商品は使いやすく、正確な数字が出ます。 手を痛めないように皮手袋をしたりすると正確な数字にはなりません。後期高齢者となり、どれくらいか調べたあと思い測ると40しかなく、もっとあるはずと思っていたのが残念な結果でした。これからは５０を目指して鍛えたい。

Got this to track grip strength while training. Way too entertaining, brought it with me to the gym. Turned into a bunch of guys standing around grunting competing for the high score. Brought it to work, by the end of the day everyone's forearms were dead from constantly trying to beat their previous best. Well worth the money just for the laughs alone

Kann die Genauigkeit nicht beurteilen aber es passt zumindest zum Grifftrainer den ich gerade nutze. Sieht schön aus und man hat immer Zahlen mit denen man seinen Fortschritt messen kann.
