Q: Is Hydrogenated coconut and palm oils healthy to use? I’ve heard it’s a really unhealthy product.

It's a matter of preference actually depends on when you are planning on using it, you can just buy coconut oil.a Doctor recommended it they wouldn't recommend something that's not Healthy.

Q: Are they authentic carlson lab's products? the seller is 3rd party, fulfilled by amazon

The box that I received says "Dist. By Carlson Division of J. R. Carlson Laboratories, Inc." so looks authentic to me.

Q: Should these be refrigerated? Mine arrived melted..

Mine arrived okay. Must have been exposed to heat. I just keep mine in a bedroom drawer. No problem.

Q: how often do you use it?
