It's a very nice mat. It's it's not very stretchy. The carry strap is convenient. Standard length and thickness for a little bit of cushion but not a lot of bulk. My only complaint is it gets indents if you leave anything on it or if it gets crinkled. Other than that, it's soft and cleans well so you don't end up with a lasting outer.

It is a good quality mat. The correct thickness. But I found it too slippery. It does not have the groves/ridges that most yoga mats have. Also the carrying case/strap is too tight - it is a pain to put it in and take it out.

I have been using this mat for several weeks and I have been surprised by how comfortable it is. The material is soft, padded and does not slip at all, even when I do stretching or pilates exercises. I like that it has good stability and that it does not move during routines. The carrying bag makes it quite easy to move and store it. The size is wide enough and the thickness helps not to feel the floor on your knees or elbows. In general, I found it very practical, it looks resistant and fulfills exactly what it promises.

I use my mat for HIIT training, this mat is really good for not slipping like my previous mat did but if jumping on it will move slightly, but not a safety issue. I loved how well packaged the product was and it has its only storage/carrier case. When I first unfolded one end slightly raised but just rolled it the other way and left for a day and it was fine laid flat on the floor. Highly recommend this mat really comfortable to do sit ups etc on although not super thick.

Wanted to invest in a higher quality mat as my old yoga mat was too slippy to hold certain poses. This was perfect. Nice quality and thickness, looks great, reversible and definitely more friction for better holds.

The quality isn't as good as I expected—it's just thin foam—but I needed it urgently and couldn't be bothered to return it.
