Long story but I'll be brief. Verizon had a special "Renew for 3 years and get a "free phone". I got the Galaxy S25 Ultra (nice phone). I didn't get insurance. I went back to get a new one, knowing this time it wasn't free. They wanted me to sign another 3 year contract with an additional line, bill would go from $244 to over $400; I said "NO, I JUST WANT TO BUY A PHONE"; they refused. After being with Verizon for over 30 years, I dropped them. I found this phone, IDENTICAL to the phone they were selling at Verizon for $1,299.99; FOR $199.00 here on Amazon.I've always been a "Android" guy because Apple is so greedy. And now I guess Samsung is going down that same road. Not to mention I have NEVER been treated so poorly by Verizon. STOP PAYING SO MUCH and the prices will drop. Oh yea, did I tell you I now get UNLIMITED EVERYTHING for $110 a month (3 phones w/ Pure Talk). I was paying $244 for the same coverage at Verizon.

Very dissapointed with my experience purchasing an i25 ultra unlocked cell phone that won't work with my carrier after 2 days if trying to get it to work now u find out my refund could take 30 days so I'm still without a phone and without the money to get one since it's tied up with the seller now?Functionality:Won't function at all on my carriers network so it's worthless and I'm out all the trouble to return it

Phone low quality contacted Amazon they said it can't be returned because it doesn't meet their expectations. I tried to return the same day I received it so if it doesn't meet their expectations why is the seller being allowed to see and take people hard earned money. Tried to contact seller no response.
