I gave this monitor a high rating because of the potential and because of the seller customer service. Customer service was great. They responded everyday for nearly a week as we tried different troubleshooting ideas. The monitor has a great picture and videos play well without lag. The stand is sturdy and supported the monitor with no problems. The duplicate mode and split mode worked very well and as designed. However, the extend and link modes did not work and those are the ones I needed for work, so I had to return the monitor. My laptop does have a Thunderbolt 3 port and should have worked. I really wanted to keep the monitor, but we could not get those features to work. I may have received a malfunctioning monitor because I also tried it on another computer and had the same non working result. This folding dual 18" portable monitor is awesome. It does what it claims it does, no problems in Windows. Negatives: - Surprisingly heavy - around 3Kg (6 lbs) - Kindof big - barely fits in my backpack. - Draws relatively high power - my laptop's Thunderbolt 4 cannot deliver enough power through the data cable, so I need another cable for power supply. I think a 16" folding monitor is a better buy - it's significantly more portable and probably wouldn't need a separate power cable. Anyway, once you get over the negatives, this 18" folding monitor is really great - monitor surface is quite large, image quality is excellent, stand is solid.

I am using this for my 13 MacBook Pro and it works perfectly. It is the perfect size for working at my desk and has great clear resolution. It also has a cover that is a stand and protector for portability. This is a very affordable solution for having a larger screen to use at home and on the road. The viewing angles are okay but as you move further to the side, you lose picture quality, It has a matte screen, not glossy Turn the speakers up to 99 or 100, it doesn’t matter, they are just as loud as all the other portable monitor speakers, they are not good, you are going to need a portable Bluetooth speaker, if you’re using this portable monitor with a Roku or Amazon stick, or a Roku ultra. It has mini hdmi, so if you are using a Roku or Amazon stick you’ll need to buy a mini HDMI to female regular size to use it, if you’re using a Roku ultra, the hdmi cord is already in the box. The manual says this portable monitor is only 60hz , not the 120 that is advertised in the listing Colors are good if you set it to what I suggest. The cover is magnetic, and already attached, it allows you to set the portable monitor in many positions.

Yikes! What a deal! Very pleased with this monitor - exactly what I was looking for to complement my 14 inch Yoga 7i. Easy to hold (tho I did buy a case for it too, just to be safe), feels well made and magnets work well to keep it standing solidly. Colors are good, bright (ends up getting brighter and brighter the longer you have it on - I have it at 40% now and that is working well) very clear and easy to read, and I can run both the Yoga (65W) and this screen (20W) for 3 hours easy off my single Anker 165W power brick - more than enough time to complete my tasks. Samsung used to have a big monitor like this that weighed a ton - this one is light enough to easily carry anywhere. 100% recommended. I may just buy 3-4 more for my son's robotics club.

Love this portable monitor. As a UM nurse, this screen allows me to review clinicals so effortlessly. Makes my job so much easier. Love that I can take it wherever I want in my house, be it in the garage working with my husband or in the Lanai poolside. Works perfectly!!
