Is there a case,or bag that fits this brush and it's attachment heads?

Sorry, but no, bag/holder for the extra heads does not come with the brush. That's not a big problem for me, but I can see the point of your question. I'm sure Amazon has something that would serve this need, though.

Is this body scrubber rechargeable? Or batteries powered?

I have yet to get this to turn on. It has been fully charged several times and green light does on. Any ideas for getting it to work?
