1. The same active medication you can get from other places. (Nameless places where you get medication).2. Chewable - but not yummy. It doesn't even vaguely taste good but becomes tolerable when you have motion sickness.3. I keep a bottle in my bag when I travel. It was passed around on a group off road tour this year. No one got sick.Recommend

These are very strong. It took2 days for me to get use the meds. I went on a cruise. The first 2 days it looked like I was drunk. Slurring my words. Couldn't stay awake. However, I may have taken too much at once. I don't remember. Day 3-8 I was fine

I chew 1/2 tablet daily, a few days before and during a long cruise. Non drowsy.
