Just added these to a new 2024 JL Wrangler. They have saved the hinges on my Gladiator from rock-chips multiple times, so they were my first purchase for the Wrangler. These are very thick and tough and so far have proved impenetrable to stone/rock damage. Rock chips just slightly leave a soft ding in the material, which is not visible and can only be felt. They adhere strongly to the hinges, do not peel over time, but are easily removed if replacement should be needed. Installation is easy but requires some careful attention to detail when placing the first edge down. I've found it best to install the top section first using the vertical line already on the hinge as a guide for where to place the leading edge of the protection film. As long as the protection film is perfectly vertical and the top and bottom are centered, you're good to go. For the bottom section, I use a ruler or the edge of one of the papers that hold the stickers as a guide. Place the edge of the ruler or piece of paper along the edge of the top protector you just installed and get that perfectly vertical. Then using the opposite hand, lay on the bottom protector right up against the ruler. With both protectors, as long as the leading edge is vertical and centered, you can trust just laying down the rest of it around the hinge. I like that an extra set is included in case you want to redo one you messed up.

Easy to install, comes packaged very nicely and protected from bending/damage during shipping. They have been installed on my Jeep for nearly 6 months, and have held up great through many car washes, gravel roads, and cold and hot weather. They effectively protect the very vulnerable hinges from rock chips, preventing damage and rust issues down the road. They fit perfectly, and were a breeze to install. I recommend installing in a warm dry area for best results, and ensure you prep the area as per provided installation instructions.

These are a must have for any Jeep Wrangler owner. Easy to put on and has a great thickness to it. Helps protect my Jeep from rock chips.
