Good Clamp
I have a bunch of Bessey clamps, from 12 inch to 50 inch. I've always been very satisfied with them. I particularly like these K-Body REVO clamps (compared to the older Bessey clamps) because they have an Allen socket in the end of the handle, which allows me to use an Allen wrench to really clamp down with them. Some of my Bessey clamps go back over ten years - with fairly heavy use - and they still work well.I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Heavy duty clamp
This is a very well made clamp.Too heavy for the application that I had intended it for.

Great clamps!
I own over 100 clamps and have recently added the Bessey K Body REVO Series in both 12" and 24" capacities. They are now my go-to clamps! Once you understand how the rapid adjustment works they are easy to use.

Bessey Clamps...Are there better ones?
Like a lot of woodworkers, I own a lot of clamps, and I didn't think I needed a small parallel clamp. Boy was I wrong!! I use them so much I'm going to buy 2 more, to have 4, to hold the picture frames, boxes, and all those other small projects. I watched the price using an online service, and when they got to my sweet spot, I nabbed two! I'll do the same thing to buy the next 2.

Worth the investment...
It’s definitely an investment, but if you are serious about woodworking and plan on doing it for years to come, don’t waste your money on cheap clamps...invest in these. They are non-marring and won’t leave little divots in your work like cheap clamps will. They lay flat like a bar clamp, but give you more surface area to work with than the bar clamps will. Bottom line, save the pennies and buy these...you won’t regret it after your first few uses.

Great clamps and the head doesn’t drop
These newer parallel clamps work perfectly. The best part is that the head doesn’t drop/slide down the rail when you pick them up. There is a positive stop built in that keeps the adjustable jaw from dropping onto your hand. It no longer slides down like the older versions. Very happy with the improvements. Wish I could afford to replace all my older Bessey clamps with this new version.

The clamp works, Customer Service, not as well.
Arrived missing an outside pad.... still waiting for the missing pad to arrive after numerous emails almost 3 months. No tracking , " just wait for it ", several times. I do not understand why their Customer Service would not address such a simple replacement pad asap and build a relationship vs. leaving it unsolved and this less than perfect review. This after having to submit photos and fill out their online form, as well as a prolonged back and forth discussion. No reason, It's a simple plastic paid that I paid for.Otherwise the clamp is useful at 12 inches, better than a wood handle but not as much grip and torque as others. If you need to push inside out in a small space , less than an 18" would fit then this is the only12" option I am aware of. You get used to how the handle angles to engage.Still waiting for the pad!

Bessey customer service is not customer oriented
My KRE3512 arrived with a missing jaw pad. Instead of returning the order to Amazon, I decided to contact Bessey Tools to check if they could send me a jaw pad and avoid the return. I called them and was told the would gladly mail one to my address. I confirmed the information via email on March 10 and got a reply on March 13 stating the part would take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered. After 3 weeks and no part, I started sending emails and finally called them again since I had not received the part. Finally, on April 21, I received the a set of jaw pads, but unfortunately, not those that would fit the KRE3512. Emails sent again without any acknowledgements. I gave up and ordered the replacement pad from Amazon. In summary, don't count on Bessey Tools Customer Service to be of service.
