I love this cereal- it is my go to when I am in that breakfast for dinner. It is a PROTEIN cereal, so it is dry and has that protein like taste. I use almond milk with mine (unsweetened) and it tastes great. If you are in a place of high protein and love cereal this is a go to.

Tastes good and has high protein, just a bit expensive. 4 stars due to the high price.

The puffs seem to be a bit dry or powdery and give a bit of cotton mouth, but the flavor is on point. Hopefully they keep making these and maybe make the cereal just a bit less cardboard-ish. Although, it’s still better for me than regular cereal and it’s not awful, so I’ll continue to enjoy it! Great protein per calorie.

The marshmallow one tastes good but the flavor and sweetness are a tad bit underwhelming. It’s worth a try but it could be a little more sweet and flavorful for my liking. But if you’re not a person who normally likes sweet things then it would be right up your alley. The peanut butter one on the other hand is honestly delicious. It has a very natural peanut butter flavor as opposed to resses puffs or any other peanut butter candy that have a more artificial taste. It literally tastes like you’re eating peanut butter out of the jar. I don’t eat cereal often but this flavor is honestly one of the best cereal flavors I’ve had in recent memory. Overall, they’re both good but the peanut butter is by far the better flavor of the two. If you like your cereal with a sweeter flavor I’d skip the marshmallow and just get the peanut butter.

I've always been a big cereal person, but as an adult I've tried to limit them. Found another brand I've been eating for a while, and while they're good I'm burned out plus they aren't super filling. Decided to try this mixed pack, but was mostly looking for the Peanut butter ones. While the PB ones will never replace the Kids Capt'n version, these are passable. A little light on the peanut butter flavor, but says reasonably crunchy even in milk. I use unsweetened almond milk and a double serving so ends up being a little under 370 calories and about 37 grams of protein - not bad for a quick breakfast. At roughly 2.50 a meal not bad priced either considering. Will put the PB into my rotation. The Marshmallow version is too sweet for me, even the plain cereal without the marshmallows. So I won't be ordering those again. If you like a very sweet breakfast, they might work for you. Again they don't get soggy in milk if you eat them in a reasonable time. Might try making some marshmallow crispies with them.
