you cant return because it needs to be in original packaging and it expands so you cant repackage
Piece of junk. it expands so you can't get it back into original packing to return which per website is the only way its refundable.. it out gassed-gave me a migraine, slept very hot, but it was very comfortable. I do not recommend. Waste of money. Terrible customer service.

Lacking quality, did not meet expectations.
I ordered the 4 inch twin version and was very excited to receive it, looking to potentially use it as a place to sleep but mostly to have a comfortable place to sit and relax on the floor and to take it on travels. First, the item arrived separated and in vacuum sealed bags. Once I assembled it (took less than 2 minutes to get it all zipped in) I gave it 48 hours to decompress from the vacuum seal. Pros: easy to put together, seems like it would be easy to clean when needed. No weird smells. It also rolls up to a decent size to fit in a trunk. I wouldn’t say the fabrics is soft BUT it is comfortable. The color was accurate to the photo. Cons: it is very lumpy in spots and does not seem to have completely decompressed. Some parts of the inner eggcrate foam are still noticeably really thin. I’ve tried shaking it out over the last 2 days but there are some stubborn spots that aren’t bouncing back. Additionally I’m not sure if there was a mix up and if I’ve actually received the 4 inch version or not. Some parts of the mattress are *almost* 4 inches thick after shaking it out and fluffing it up juuuust right, and some parts are definitely only 2 inches thick which I think is mostly due to the outermost layers. You can see that the outer shell sags around the inner foam, the inner foam is not filling it out and it looks a bit sad compared to the advertised photos. I’m going to let it sit out for a few more days to see if it will “inflate” more but I’m inclined to think it’s at its limit. Disclaimer - I also opted to receive a “used” option (new but out of box) so I wonder if the inner foam was swapped at some point. All in all, I do think this is alright in a pinch for travels. I also think it beats a hard floor to sit on at least. Bottom line - unless I got a defective one the quality is definitely not good enough to be used to sleep on every night. Did not meet expectations or match advertised photos.

Uncomfortable and made with plastic
I bought this floor mattress for guests to rest and for bodywork and it was so uncomfortable to lay on as it did not provide much cushion, and the filling is made with plastics. This mat was supposed to come with a storage bag and there was no storage bag included with my purchase. The strap that is supposed to be in the middle is way off to one side making it challenging to carry because the other side opens up and isn't secure. The company received my return last week and is holding my refund for almost a month, so I would not purchase from this seller again because all of this feels careless and I'd rather place my time, money, and energy where there is more presence.

Quality changed for worse
The first one I bought 2 years ago was great. It fluffed up nice to make a solid futon. I recently just bought 2 more last month and I think the quality changed. The 2 I recently purchased did not fluff at all... It's thin and uneven and not a good futon. It's not supportive nor feel think enough for a Japanese futon.

Literally just a piece of overpriced foam.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I got the 4 inch thick mattress and it’s not at all what I thought it was going to be like. Just a thin piece of foam with a cover you have to fight to zip on it. Not sure why I thought it was going to be cotton. There is absolutely no way people are comfortable sleeping in this.

Comfortable but it needs another layer blanket to keep warm
It is very convenient and comfortable, I bring it with me when I travel by my car. Easy to fold. To me, I need to another layer on the top to help me keep warm

No comfort
Not sure why the good reviews here. No support, not firm at all. Feel the hard floor completely. Returned it.

Not a 4” mattress
If I could give this a 0 star, I would. I purchased the khaki queen size 4 inch floor mattress 80"x60". When I received it, I immediately opened and laid it out flat on the floor and waited more than 5 days for it to fluff up. It DID NOT fluff up at all. Also, on the first day when I had it laid out, there was an industrial chemical smell which filled up the whole room. I’m very disappointed since I paid $180 for it. After 5+ days, the mattress measures at 79”x60” with a thickness of 2.5”. When I open up the cotton cover, the actual mattress itself is less than 2” which I find extremely wild. Another thing, the storage bag that came with is poorly made. The zipper literally ripped on one of the sides and it came out which I struggled to put it back on and it is barely usable. This is not the product that was advertised at all. Please do not buy if you’re skeptical! I just issued a return and will be returning this product.
