Unfurnished resortation style base
I love it! My husband and I put it together with the marble roundtop table. It is gorgeous! Thank you!

High quality!
I purchased the unfinished pedistal bc I planned to paint it black. The goal was to upgrade my solid wood table from the 20yr old iron base to a more of a modern style. I absolutely love the way it turned out! It took some help to attach my table top to the base but honestly that was the hardest part. The assembly of the pedestal was well-packed in two boxes and was easy to put together. Its solid wood, well made and included all the hardware. Thank you!!

LOVE!!!
It’s got a cool design on the way all the individual wood pieces fit together. I was planning on painting it so I didn’t really benefit from that beautiful but appreciated it. The top I purchase made for a great entry tall bar table. Super happy!

Not solid wood
Luckily I was painting instead of staining. The bottom was made of a composite material and wasn't even wood. Not sure how that was suppose to work for staining. The middle wouldn't bolt together in the orientation in the picture, I had to flip it over to get it to work. I painted mine but the bottom middle had a piece of veneer over the composite that peeled up when painted. I had to cut off the part that peeled, sand down and repaint.

Good value for the money
Very pleased with the look. Very easy to put together. All the holes lined up.I used a skid resistant paint for the pedestal.Would highly recommend this.

Will Not Take Stain Evenly
The product arrived promptly, but even though the description said that this pedestal base was "ready to stain," it is not stain quality. It doesn't take stain evenly, it appears to be at least 3 kinds of wood and it looks terrible. The description leads you to believe that it is made in North Carolina, but it is made in Vietnam and the workmanship is very poor. The bolts on the bun feet are not straight causing the entire base to wobble. I am looking for a refund as this is not at all the quality I was expecting.

Pretty good but overpriced
I like the size and function this base provides. But it was way over priced. The only reason I’m keeping it is because my OCD will not allow me to keep using the old bass for my round table which does not let me evenly placed the chairs around the table. So I decided to splurge and keep it. Buyer beware, the very bottom of the base is not wood, it’s MDF(pressed cardboard) Also, it does not absorb wood stain very well, I had to practically paint it on there and then let it dry Without rubbing it off in order for it to take.
