I have lots of hip issues after my 3rd baby, gone to an Airrosti Dr for my issues and have to do tons of exercises for this issue. However, I still have lots of pain throughout the night so I was told to buy this pillow. It has a cooling gel when you first use it but it’s very sturdy and doesn’t collapse like a bed pillow would. I got my first full night of uninterrupted sleep the first night I used it! I’ve been sleeping all night and I feel like a new person in the morning. No pain!! I highly recommend this pillow and I will be buying one for my mom as well!

Nice leg pillow but it doesn’t seem cooler than my previous one. Not sure if it is the pillow or the cover that is supposed to be cooler??

This is the best pillow. After discovering the greatness this pillow shape has for hips and knees, I found this brand. It is even better!! I love that it opens so it can cradle both knees when I have them elevated. The cooling gel is my best friend! I usually sleep with ice packs. Now my packs quickly chill the gel and my knees have just the right cool temp to fall asleep without fidgeting with icepacks all night. It has also realigned my hips! Something a regular pillow did not do.

Stays between knees surprisingly well, even tossing and turning all night. Keeps me much cooler than when I used a regular pulillow. Price is great for this knee pillow. I’ve already recommended to family members:

Do not buy this if you are looking for a cooling pillow. My regular pillow with blankets is cooler than this. I feel like I have a heating pad in between my legs. The smell is super strong chemical smell- it made my whole bed room smell like sewage 🤢

I bought it for my significant other because of am back pain. He had lumbar pain with radiculopathy getting up in the am which resolved with movement. He used the knee pillow between his lower legs while side sleeping and woke up with no pain. We liked it so much we bought a second one to have as a back up.

When I received this it smelled really bad. I washed the cover and it still smelled horrible. I washed everything for the exception of the gel pack and it still woke me up several times a night due to the stink!! Cannot recommend.

This is really comfortable I am very happy with how this helps me sleep more comfortably. And it is not as hot as a pillow!
