This is just what I wanted to hang next to a picture. It’s modern which matches my style. Easy to assemble. The wall installation requires tools to mount the base.

They work but battery life on dimmest setting (20%) is shorter than advertised.

These are great especially since I didn't want anything hardwired. They are finally and hold a charge for a couple of weeks. I turn them on the lowest brightness each night and turn them off the next morning. The charge lasts 2-3 weeks.
