NOT ADJUSTABLE - BE WARNED
This machine is not effective. I was very unhappy with this. Big waste of time. The directions dont say celcius or Fahrenheit . You cannot adjust the time or the temperature - i don't care what the is says - its not possible,. You can only change the function and you are stuck with whatever hour and time it has for that function

Easy To Use
This yogurt maker is a great size—perfect for a family of four. The outer casing is made of durable plastic, while the inner container is a lightweight stainless steel bowl designed specifically for yogurt making. It features multiple settings, so you can customize how thick or tangy you want your yogurt to be.Setup is simple—just select the temperature and time, and you're good to go. I’ve tested it, and it consistently maintains the set temperature throughout the process, which is key for great results. It’s an excellent choice for beginners, as it’s very straightforward to operate. The digital display clearly shows the remaining time. Cleanup is a breeze, making the whole experience efficient and hassle-free.

Would not work for me
This item would not work for me. The machine kept turning off. When I removed the yogurt slurry to refrigerate while I troubleshooted the issue, I noticed the metal bowl left marks in the yogurt maker. Poor quality. Do not recommend. I returned mine.

Instructions unclear
I have been wanting to try making yogurt at home for years and thought this might be a good option. The instructions weren't clear and that's pretty important for recipe purposes. I didn't really think that this might be somewhat like sourdough, that once you get a culture started, you need to keep yogurt going forever... How committed am I to this? I'm sure there are ways around it, but it won't be in the included instructions. Without knowing how to operate it or having locally available ingredients, it is difficult to use.

Accurate Time and Temp
Works well, but the control panel, (which is a thin flexible sticker), keeps coming off the device on one side. I also wish that the stainless container held a bit more volume; like perhaps 1.5 quarts. As it is, by the time that I add the starter and the probiotic, there is not enough room to add a full quart of milk and get the lid on. Overall though, I have been able to produce good batches of yogurt.

Shockingly good yogurt!
When I say this makes the best yogurt I’ve ever eaten, this isn’t an understatement. It really is the best yogurt I’ve ever eaten. I used to make yogurt every now and then using a slow cooker/crock pot. However, after I kashered my kitchen, I didn’t want to get a separate dairy crockpot just for making yogurt every now and then. After not having yogurt in the house when I wanted it, spending more than I wanted on it, or letting it go bad in the fridge because I didn’t use it too many times, I decided to invest in a gadget that just serves one purpose (to me). This was significantly marked down when I got it so I thought it couldn’t hurt.I used store bought, cholav yisroel, whole milk Greek yogurt as a starter. The inner chamber holds 1 quart of milk. It was easy to use and came out perfect after fermenting for 8 hours (although you can add more hours if you like more of a tang). After straining twice through cheesecloth (I like a very thick yogurt but you do you), the result was pretty mind blowing. I don’t think I’ll be able to have store bought yogurt again. I used the leftover whey for the second batch and the result was equally delicious. My only complaint is that it doesn’t make enough at once. But I feel like this little guy is just a victim of its own success with that statement. It’s just that good! I will be the first to admit the instructions were perhaps written by someone whose first language is not English. That being said, I still found them easy to follow. It’s basically pour in your milk and starter, set it, and forget it. Much easier than making yogurt on the stove top or crock pot.

Crap
Doesn’t heat up or work how it’s supposed to. Fried after not even a month. Cheap is an understatement

Yogurt Maker Great; included dish is not
I have used the yogurt maker once for a36 hour yogurt fermentation. It worked great. What was not great was the metal container which is included. I should have taken a photo but something wore off of the dish and left metal looking marks on the yogurt maker. Today, I found a shard of something in my yogurt. I am meticulous about cleanliness when I am fermenting foods. I am keeping the yogurt maker but warn others not to use the included metal dish. It is not something you want in your fermented foods.
