For older people they should take these gummies because they r good for u.They even taste great u chew. Better for your over over all well-being. Safer to help with pain then harsh pain medication.

This was the only tumeric chewable supplement I could find w black pepper so my body can absorb it well. Tastes fine just on the sweet side for me, it works for me tho. Just happy I found one w black pepper!
