Worst purchase ever!
I own the Ecoflow 1300 and am very happy with it.Being impressed by the 1300 I decided to purchase a Wave heater and air conditioner but extremely unhappy with it I contacted Ecoflow but had no response.This Wave unit is the most expensive BoatAnchor I've ever purchased!Won't be recommending Ecoflow or ever buying one of there products again!How would you feel if you paid $1000 for a pos that doesn't work? I live off grid and not a lot of money so it was a big investment for a heat source that left me cold, literally!What do I do now I can't afford another $1000 for a replacement battery if that would even work.So Unhappy with Ecoflow!
