I did not notice any changes by using this product with the exception of becoming quite gassy and having a blue tint in my urine. This went away as soon as I stopped using the product.

Has increased my energy level, not as tired, able to do more. It helps protect me from germs and other bacteria to keep me healthy. Great value for this wonderful product. It’s great to have in capusle form. Very pleased!

I can at least say the powder is blue, urine turns blue, unlike so many of thee other scam MB being sold with brown powder, when mixed water does not turn blue, and produces no blue urine. At least the product appears to be real MB. Do your research - cannot be MB unless produces blue. Impossible.
