Anne Klein Sport Women's Durwyn Synthetic Knee High Boot, Black, 10 M US

I love these boots. They are very stylish and comfortable. I bought a pair 2 years ago and loved them. The boots are quite tattered so I thought I'd try my luck at finding another pair and I was in luck. I would highly recommend for a larger calf.

I have been looking for a pair of knee high wedge boots for a while now. I got these AK boots during a great sale. I have many pairs of Anne Klein shoes and I love them all, so I figured I'd be safe to give these a go.I'm glad to say these boots are just what I wanted. They are very comfortable. They are easy to walk in and look classy with pants, leggings, skirts - they dress up any outfit. They stretch in the back, so they fit my larger, muscular calves (17½). There were only two things I would change - if they were real leather, and if they did not have the seam in the front.Otherwise, I really love these boots and they were worth the money spent on them.

I've only had these boots for 2 days now and at first was suspect when I tried them on right out of the box. My concern is that I was struggling still to zip up these wide calf boots still while wearing jeans. I've raised the jeans to lay further up on my leg and the boots seem to zip up fine now. My 2nd concern is the back of the boot where the frame of the foot ends and the stretch material begins, see the side view picture. This change in materials has caused some scraping up against my heel when the boot shaft slouches a little in that area and I can see that becoming a painful if not adjusted correctly with the pants I wear. I did wear these today walking about a mile to some nearby stores and this issue didn't bother me so much (it was only affecting one leg so clearly there is a way around it) I'm confident I can handle this and that the boot will stretch a little more to make the zipping up and down easier. I just hope that since the back of the boot is all stretch material that they don't eventually become permanently stretched and the boot looks too large and unattractive to wear. Guess I will wait and see and post an update later on.

I absolute love these! They are so sharp looking and super comfy. Wish they came in other colors. I'd buy more.

Terrible if you have small calves, the fabric bunches at the ankle and both boots had scuffs on them!
