Limited Edition Airstrait Straightener in Jasper Plum - International Version

I purchased this as a gift for my wife, who was in India at the time. I chose this specifically because it was advertised as a limited edition, making it a special gift. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. When my wife finally unboxed the product and plugged it in for the first time, the unit was completely dead and would not turn on. We followed all troubleshooting steps and contacted Dyson customer care, who advised that the product needed repair but required the purchase invoice. By this time, the Amazon return window had already closed since the product was kept sealed as it was a gift. I immediately contacted the seller multiple times requesting the invoice. It has now been over 8 weeks, with several follow-ups, and the seller has not responded even once. As a result, I am left with a very expensive, non-functional product and no support. This was my hard-earned money, spent with trust, and what was meant to be a thoughtful gift turned into stress and regret. I sincerely hope Amazon reviews and takes action against sellers like this so that other customers don’t face the same situation. I strongly advise buyers to be cautious when purchasing from this seller.

Price dropped 300 dhs the very next day! I mean 😭 why? I am so frustrated 😣 I received the air strait today and tried it quickly. Seems that it’s going to be my favorite item.

When I first got the package, my instinct was to send it back due to the cost. However, I decided to give it a try and fell in love. Some background: I'm a single mom with a 6-year-old boy and 6-month-old pup. My mornings are usually hectic and I don't give myself the time I should to really get dolled up for work. This straightener has been a game changer. It takes me about 20-30 minutes to straighten my wet hair. It leaves my hair silky smooth and every time I use it I get compliments on my hair at work! It makes me feel like less of a hot mess.

Best straightener, no damage on my hair. Simply the best. It’s expensive, but this is the first straightener that didn’t damage my hair one bit. My hair goes from wet to dry really quickly and it’s beautifully styled. For reference, my hair is long, I have a lot of hair but it’s thin. Naturally wavy.
