Beautiful product, very well made. Lining for every pocket in a very durable canvas type fabric. Sturdy double stitching through out with brass rivet to reinforce stress areas such as straps. The look and feel is of a quality product that will last a life time with a little care. Not waterproofed but may be waterproofed after purchase. Beautiful color of leather. Very happy with this purchase.

Backpack was what I expected. The leather seems thicker that I really expected. Thats good. Good quality and loking forward to using it. Very stiff now, but with use it will get better.

The bag is exactly as pictured. It’s beautiful. On the downside - it is heavy - for an empty bag. I mean even with nothing in it. The notches for use as a backpack are holed for a very tall person. Seriously tall. I immediately had to add some notches to be able to place it on a shoulder (or two). I would recommend the seller add more holes on the leather strip - not a really big deal - I managed to do this without cutting myself. Otherwise the leather is hard - I think it’s goat. All leather has some smell, even fancy shoes. However, the smell of this is not unpleasant in any way - at least not to me. I expect this pack will last a very long time. I mean years.....Overall exactly what I expected, it’s a great purchase. As a plus, it seems this is a new business for the seller, and it seems like a good business to back - I wish him success.

I really like the bag. It seems well made, with none of the stitching issues I’ve seen in other reviews. Good quality materials. Leather is quite dry when it arrives. I used mink oil and it softened quite a bit and feels nice now. Only complaint at this point is the color is very different than the pictures. I was expecting a deep brown/ reddish color, but it is very much tan. The picture is taken in very warm lighting. Bag looks lighter still in daylight.

I ordered one of this for my daughter and almost after a year of use, she loved it so much that I decided to order one for myself. The workmanship is great. The material used is great. The note from the producer adds a little touch of appreciation of the value that was produced and shows he cares for his product and consumers. Good Job.

Excellent quality for the price. Got many compliments on the bag. I broke the straps from the top with too much weight.

The product itself is amazing, but it has the worst smell possible. I thought it might dissipate but I've had it for a while and still stinks. I should've just returned it as soon as I opened the box for it.

You can see this a well put together back pack and should certainly last a long time. A couple of words of warning. The smell from the tanning process of the leather is terrible. I have been airing the bag for a week now, as well as using febreeze to try eliminate the pungent smell. The smell is diminished but still there. Someone else also mentioned that the sticky residue on the stud buttons can leave marks on the leather and I too have had this problem.
