I bought this manual blood pressure monitor because I prefer traditional methods for measuring blood pressure, and it truly met my expectations. Pros: • Accurate measurement: I compared it to an automatic digital blood pressure monitor and the results were very similar. • Durable material: The pump, cuff, and gauge feel good quality. • Includes a stethoscope: It's not as professional as the Littmann stethoscopes, but it's perfect for home use or basic training. • Easy to carry: It comes with a carrying case, ideal for carrying in your backpack or car. Cons: • Not for beginners: If you don't know how to use a manual blood pressure monitor, it may take some practice to coordinate the reading with the stethoscope. • Basic stethoscope: It does the job, but if you need medical accuracy, it's worth investing in a better one. If you're a medical student, a nurse, or a family caregiver, this device will work perfectly for you. Just be sure to practice a little at first. In short: I think it's an excellent option for those looking for a reliable and affordable manual blood pressure monitor. It's not for everyone, but if you know what you're doing, it will last a long time.

I’d post pictures, but amz’s app isn’t working properly and deletes my review when I try. Amz, please fix this. Don’t buy this for the stethoscope. Do buy this for the cuff! The stethoscope is complete trash, I compared it to my high end one and I can see why it doesn’t work. The diaphragm doesn’t have an adjacent opening like professional ones do, so sound cannot travel properly. Also the packaging of it could easily cause damage to a diaphragm; Just a ziplock bag… since it’s not broken then I think the diaphragm is too stiff to vibrate properly. I’m giving it to my niece as a toy as I’m sure she won’t hurt her ears with this. Im also partially deaf… but I can clearly hear heart beats with my quality stethoscope purchased from another amz supplier. I will say… the cuff and sphygmomanometer read beautifully! The release valve is a little sticky, but not worse than better ones I’ve used. The bladder pump is a bit tough of material, thicker than most… that could be improved, but otherwise for $20 this is an excellent purchase of a cuff and sphygmomanometer! I was able to read my partners blood pressure accurately with this and my own stethoscope.

The stethoscope is very basic, and only has one side, but I’m used to a very specific stethoscope and personally don’t favour this one, although it works fine for basic use. The blood pressure cuff is great, it’s the second kit I ordered so I can have the pouch and cuff for work and a back up at home. I only gave 4/5 stars because the stethoscope only had one side.
