I have been using the Plusetto FIT for a while now and I think overall it is a decent wellness wearable. It’s really comfortable to wear and easy to set up with the app, which I liked. I also noticed a subtle calming effect during stressful moments but the result weren’t dramatic. My sleep also hasn’t changed that much so I wouldnt say it’s a miracle device but it is a nice tool for relaxation if u use it constantly.

The science behind this is solid but for this particular device less so which was my experience. When I could get it into the right position it worked, you can believe the hype. However, I had to hold it in place otherwise it would cause facial muscles to contract and was uncomfortable even on a low setting. I will say it definitely lessened my headaches and post workout aches, and I did feel relaxed using it. My HRV also improved and resting heart rate dropped. I’m convinced by the science, just not this device.
