This is an excellent mixer with multiple speeds that are still relatively quiet as it speeds up. I am pleased with the power of the mixer. It has several different attachments, so it is quite versatile.

The beaters are nice and thick, the mixer has a nice weight to it - I was worried the beaters might be a little flimsy but that is not the case at all

This item is defective. I bought in mid August, have only used it probably 3 times, and today one of the kneading tools snapped in half while mixing. It was not a hard dough. Was cinnamon roll dough. I am so disappointed as this was supposed to be a replacement to my other one that just died on me. I bake alot, and usually just use the regular mixing tool which is fine. They dont even have replacement parts on their storefront page. So sad and a waste of money.

Update 8/26/24: They have a wonderful customer service and sent me a replacement within a week. The replacement is working fine. I changed it to 4 stars. The hand mixer arrived as defective. There are 5 settings of speed, and settings of 1,2,3,4, aren’t working. Disappointing.
