Has anyone seen this work immediately? like taking an ibuprofen and 20 mins later the pain is less or does it take time to build up in their system?

The last two bottles of walk-easy i bought had a mix of small and large pills. i used to get only small pills. what has changed?

The remedy is infused onto the pills so each pill has the same amount regardless of size. In the end we decided to stay with our original manufacturer but some of the bottles may have gotten the mixed pills. You can still use the remedy as always, but if you like, we are happy to send you out a replacement bottle from our newest batch. We have not changed the formula for the WALK-EASY Extra Strength remedy but we had used different pills when we ran out quite a while ago and then went back to the regular ones. The product is genuine, it just may be older stock that Amazon still had in their warehouse. If you like, we can certainly ship out a replacement (although we can't always control which batch the remedy is picked from).
