great supplement for stress and anxiety, helps with digestion and sleep

I suffered from leg cramps for years and after having to get up with a leg cramp during a dental procedure my dentist recommended I try magnesium. I did and now rarely ever have a cramp. Having the Magnesium Citrate delivered in this quantity keeps me cramp free.

I had some slow transit for about two weeks and nothing really helped. This product worked great. The first night I took just one and it didn’t do anything. The second night I took two and I could really feel the stool softening up and in less than 24 hours I had a passable BM. The next night I took two and had a BM in 5 hours. I don’t think these are for daily use because of how they work in the digestive tract, however if you have slow transit these work really well without irritating the bowels.
