Item was defective
The item was defective and didn’t work. I can’t return it either so I’ll have to throw it away. Sad as I was hoping to use to aid in crate training.

We saw no change in our small breed dogs behavior
Overall this product did not perform as expect and did not help to control our dogs barking. The dog will bark, the red light comes on indicating that the unit is working, however whatever sound that the device emits is not a deterrent no matter where we place it or what setting it is on.. We have seen no change in our dogs behavior. We have a small breed dog, the product did not work for us but might for someone else. We would not recommend this for indoor or outdoor applications.

Dogs are not distracted
The neighbor dog continues to bark with two of these along our fence.

It didnt work for any of my dogs, we have a large and a small dog, and at the time were also dogsitting another large dog. No affect on any of the dogs on any setting. thought i could tell it was going off. maybe mine are just hard headed haha!

Works ok
I have very irritating neighbor dogs that bark for whatever reason and at times nonstop. I out this out close to the fence and I do believe it is working. But I don't think it responds fast enough at times. I'm not sure about the battery life yet. I did get the Amazon 9v batteries, so hope they work well.

Works for my big dogs
I have two 50lb+ dogs (mix breeds) and use this outside. One bark from either of them and they both run back inside. I also have a 35 lb cattle dog and he could not care less and will remain outside. Not sure why it only affects the bigger boys. It also weakens as the battery does.

It doesn't work. I have 3 small dogs and it didn't stop them from barking.

So far, so good.
Amazon delivers. Quick and inexpensive.Not sure how well this actually works but I'm happy. Bought it for a neighbors noisy dogs. Placed it outside on fence in a ziplock bag during the rain. They moved. Now waiting to see if new neighbors have a noisy dog too. (Wasn't sure it actually made noise but found when I'm near the device with my hearing aids on, when the light flashes I can hear it buzz.)
