How is this on lamb, mashed (or boiled) potatoes, and rabbit? For baked chicken, should i pierce skin and put behind it before baking?

I have not tried this on lamb or rabbit but I have started into mashed potatoes and I love it. As far as baking chicken, I like the skin so I put it behind with a pat of butter as well as on the skin.

How long can this product be used?

You can use a lot or little the garlic flavor is wonderful!! I love this product and I use it on steaks on the grill and you can taste it.
