Q: how well does this integrate with apple health and how accurate are the readings ?

Integrates perfectly with Apple Health, accuracy is not good, tho. Compared with my doctor’s cuff, it reads 30-40 points high on the systolic. Caused me some unnecessary concern.

Q: Does it make a beeping noise like other iHealth monitors (want one that does not beep)

This BP machine doesn't not beep. It operates just like the ones the doctors use. Inflates/deflates without any beeping noise.

Q: Can I replace the battery?

Unfortunately the Neo has a proprietary lithium ion battery that is not meant to be changed.
