I've been unable to get rem sleep until I started taking astaxanthin. I can't be 100% sure that's it because now I won't go to sleep without it to experiment. I was waking up with 30 minutes or less REM as measured by the oura ring. One morning I woke up and took astaxanthin and fell back to sleep. The oura ring showed my heart rate drop 10 beats per minute after that! O_O. Now I take about 60mg before bed every night. And my skin also looks amazing! It concentrates in the skin and I'm pretty sure it passes the bbb. I think it could help with emf exposure since I'm sure the skin absorbs a lot of that. This is definitely a favorite suppliment of mine.

So far so goooood! I've only been taking it for a couple weeks now and I overall feel pretty good about it. It's a bit hard to pinpoint all of its benefits because I do take many other wonderful supplements that help in similar functions. The two definite changes I've noticed are:*A clearing of my facial complexion.*Also, and the best benefit I've received thus far is my visual acuity in my right eye which was recently injured and is why I'm taking this product, has already improved. Not dramatically, but noticeably. I look forward to the continued healing process of my stigmatized right eye caused by a minor injury in the recent past.
