I have painful knots/trigger points in my neck, especially in the morning. This neck wrap feels very comfortable and warming (not hot) and relaxes my neck. I do wake up in the morning feeling much better.

I have arthritis in my neck and it gets very uncomfortable. I don't always want the encumberance of a stiff neck brace and this product is a nice addition to my treatment arsonal.It does what it says and both the warmth and the protection from drafts are great. My only quibble is with the sizing. My neck measures within the range listed for medium but the product is quite snug; sometimes uncomfortably so. I found a cunning little product -  Velcro Cloth Diaper Extender Tabs  - which is a comfortable way to extend the fit. I did some research and it seems to be the manufacturer's size chart that's the problem.Anyway, Thermoskin is a nice idea and the neck one works well. I expect I'll buy more of this line.

The material provides great warmth. The problem is a design that clearly was more focused on getting the maximum number of cuts out of the fabric roll and not at all on ergonomics or fit.The size is WAY too small as others have commented. Since my neck was at the very bottom of the size range listed for the neck wrap, I bought that size. Oops! The neck wrap that arrived was still too small.What is worse is that the design doesn't even really cover the parts of my neck that get cold and need protection. The straps make it sit too high on my shoulders.Shame on Thermoskin for producing such a bad product!

Not comfortable. When you try to get it snug the velcro rests at an uncomfortable point on your throat. I have both the small and x-small.

i thought this would not give good support or work well, but it does. i mostly wear it at night and it helps my neck

I strained my arthritic neck on a long road trip – too many hours behind the wheel without adequate rest breaks – so I searched the Amazon site looking for "neck support" and this product popped up. It was affordable so I decided to try it. It's really nothing more than an elastic bandage for the neck. Some might find the tension useful but I found it uncomfortably binding on my throat. My needs have been better met by a foam cervical collar I also found at Amazon.

My husband could not get along without this neck wrap. He has had some whiplash injuries to his neck and they do not want to do surgery. This wrap has helped his pain A LOT!!

I purchased this with the hopes of gaining some relief from the neck problems I have, I have a cpsine fusion that is rather unique but as with all surgical fixes there are issues that develop over time. I work in the cold and a regular neck gaiter doesn't keep my neck and all the metal warm enough so this little piece is very desirable for that. Its soft on the neck and keeps the area nice and warm. It is lightweight and easy to clean. The front closure takes a little getting used to and thats just because of where the strap comes across the neck. After finding this on Amazon I found a Thermoskin back brace at a thrift store and snapped it up too and its just as fantastic. Please do not think that this offers any support, its not a brace or a support.

This doesn't really support the neck - the material is stretchy but too thin and bendy to work, sorry I can't be more positive..

good quality product, but sadly i found it uncomfortable to wear.

Bought for my wife as she suffers with neck pain. She states that it helps and is comfortable to wear. Does not generate too much heat so its ideal for general in house wear.
